Traumatised mum shares horrific pictures after vicious attackers stamp on her head

A battered mum said she "thought she was going to die" after her head was repeatedly stamped on in the street.

Terrified Sheryl Lloyd was walking home from an afternoon at the park with her nine-year-old daughter when she was viciously attacked in broad daylight.

The mum-of-one said she was on Silverlea Avenue, in Liscard, at around 5.20pm on May 2 when she heard someone shout "oi" from behind.

Two people - a man and a woman - then attacked the 31-year-old who was viciously beaten and dragged to the floor by her hair.

She then suffered a sustained attack which left her fearing for her life and with multiple injuries, including a fractured nose.
