(Reuters) - Australia's Transurban Group <TCL.AX> said on Wednesday that it acquired the remaining 34.6% stake in Sydney's M5 West motorway it didn't previously own for A$468 million ($316.60 million).
It now owns 100% of the roadway. The toll road network operator also announced a placement of A$500 million ($338.1 million) to fund the acquisition.
