Transgender lottery winner Melissa Ede has booked the “next phase” of her rejuvenation and cannot wait to be “even more feminine”.
The former taxi driver, who won £4million on a scratch card, is about to splash out £15,000 on a nose job and facelift.
The 58-year-old has spent £50,000 on teeth, lip-fillers, cheek-fillers and Botox. Mel said: “I nearly feel like a new woman. I feel more confident – but I want to be even more feminine.
“There is such a change in how I look already. I looked older than my age when I announced my lottery win in 2018. But now I think I could pass for being in my 30s.”

Mel spent nine hours in the dentist chair having 23 teeth out and replaced with implants to give her a new smile.
She has also had lip-filler twice to get “pout-ier lips” and cheek-fillers “to add to perfection”.
But Mel said of the latest surgery, booked for August: “I have a nose like Concorde, skiers would pay good money to come down this slope.
“I was told I have amazing cheekbones and my chin is not masculine at all. But once I do the facelift, you will see my chin more.

“I want to be more gorgeous than I am. But most people would say that was an impossible task,” she added, laughing.
“Before, I got looked at because I was transgender. I used to get called names. People used to say that my teeth looked like gravestones.
“Now I get a lot more affection. I get looked at because I’m Melissa Ede.”
Yet despite spending thousands on cosmetic surgery and a new home near Hull, Mel takes it easy with her winnings.
She said: “I’m the worst multi-millionaire ever. I still shop at Primark and use a box dye to do my hair.”
