MAHABUBABAD: A government teacher who was unhappy over his transfer, died of a heart attack in Mahabubabad district’s Nellikudur mandal.
B Jatiram was promoted to SGT in 2015 and was a headmaster. As per his seniority, he was transferred to Mulugu but after reporting there, was sent back to Nellikudur.
It has been alleged that anguish over the recent government order on transfers left Jatiram in a state of depression. Various groups demanded compensation on compassionate grounds for the deceased’s family.
