Transfer target Randal Kolo Muani breaks silence amid Chelsea and Manchester United links

France striker Randal Kolo Muani has suggested that he may opt to remain at Eintracht Frankfurt next season, amid reported interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.

The 24-year-old has seven caps for France, and scored in their World Cup semi-final win over Morocco in December.

He scored 23 goals in 45 matches in all competitions for Frankfurt this season, and a potential £100million valuation has been placed over the youngster’s head.

Yet the Chelsea and United target reportedly told TMW: “I could stay. I have a long contract and as a result there is, of course, the possibility that I could still be the striker for Eintracht.

“The millions can be a pressure, but there will be another time to say goodbye. Now is not the right time.”

Kolo Muani’s contract at the German club runs out in 2027, making him expensive to prise away from the 2022 Europa League winners.
