Transfer news, rumours LIVE: Tottenham want Dybala deal, Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea gossip

Welcome to the Evening Standard’s LIVE coverage of the summer transfer window.

Real Betis have agreed to slash their asking price for Giovani Lo Celso as Tottenham close in on a £45million deal for the Argentina international, according to The Mirror.

The Liga club had been holding out for nearer £60m but Spurs are now closing in on a knockdown deal. The midfielder, 23, has already told Betis he is keen to push through a move to north London, with his former club PSG set to earn 20 per cent of the fee.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are reportedly growing frustrated of negotiations with Arsenal over Wilfried Zaha. The Eagles have now dismissed two offers well short of their £80m asking price, while they continue to haggle in vain over Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney.

Man United have lodged a £30million bid for Sean Longstaff, according to The Mirror.
