Transfer news - live updates: Willian lined up by Manchester United, Arsenal move for Lucas Torreira, Liverpool latest

The Premier League’s summer transfer window is open with Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal set to be busier than ever.

While all eyes will be on the World Cup, every club in the top flight will be watching closely to spot a potential bargain or a big-name addition, giving performances in Russia even more importance than what meets the eye. Liverpool enjoyed success in the Champions League last season and their quest to end their league title drought in 2019 will be bolstered by the arrival of Naby Keita from RB Leipzig. He will not be the last new face on Merseyside, however, with Monaco's Fabinho already in. At United Jose Mourinho looks set to spend big again as he targets reinforcements in his bid to haul in record-breaking Manchester City next season. A new left-back and central midfield player are high on his list with a big money move for Real Madrid's Gareth Bale not out the question. Could Cristiano Ronaldo join him?

For the first time in over two decades Arsenal head into the offseason with a new manager at the helm. That man is former PSG boss Unai Emery after a stunning 11th hour change of heart at the Emirates and he already has one new signing and more on the way. Chelsea could well be looking for a new manager themselves but across London Mauricio Pochettino won't be leaving Tottenham Hotspur after signing a new five-year deal.

We will have all the latest news, views, rumours, gossip and done deals right here so don't touch that dial.

Having made a goalscoring start to the World Cup, Paul Pogba has addressed the rumours regarding his future at Manchester United, with a move away from Old Trafford believed to be one potential outcome for the midfielder this summer.

But the former Juventus star says that his full focus is on the World Cup, and that he will not be entering discussions about where he will be playing his football next season until France's commitments in Russia come to a close.

I am with the France squad, I don’t want to speak about the future of the club and all this. Yes, I speak with [Paulo] Dybala, but whether I speak to Dybala or speak with [Samuel] Umtiti, who plays at Barcelona, it’s not there I will go and play.

In relation to the earlier news on James Maddison's future, it appears that the Norwich City midfielder could be on his way to the King Power Stadium.

The Telegraph reports that the former Premier League champions made a £20m offer over the weekend, and the player himself favours a move to Leicester over Southampton - who are also interested in his signature,

The prospect of Nabil Fekir leaving Lyon could still materialise this summer, despite him move to Liverpool breaking down at the last minute.

Having called off his Anfield switch, Lyon are still open to letting the captain leave and the Sun claims that he has been offered to other Premier League sides - at a cost of £66m.

Fekir is of course with the France national team at the World Cup, so any resolution over his future looks to be a long, long way off.

Chelsea are reportedly hoping to beat a number of Premier League rivals in the race to sign Jack Grealish.

The Blues are said to have offered Aston Villa a tempting package and are ready to spend up to £30million on the 22-year-old.

They are also said to be willing to loan him back to Villa for the 2018/19 season in order to land the deal.

Manchester United are reportedly considering making a £50m bid for Fulham'sRyan Sessegnon, though the player is said to prefer a move to Liverpool.

According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Chelsea are all tracking the star, but it is United who will make a £50 million move for him this summer.

Despite United's strong interest, Sessegnon is thought to favour Liverpool having supported the side as a youngster.

Even so, the 18-year-old is known to have a strong affiliation to Fulham and reports suggest the youngster may stay at the club for another season having secured Premier League football earlier this month.

Manchester United would rather sell Anthony Martial to Juventusor Real Madrid if it comes to it, potentially scuppering the hopes of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, after the player’s agent this week finally declared that the 22-year-old wants to leave.

While the club would still rather keep a forward they see as a potential star, manager Jose Mourinho has no such issues with a sale.

The Old Trafford hierarchy are fully backing any Mourinho transfer decision this summer so, if it does come to a move, are much happier to act on the strong interest of Juventus and growing interest of Madrid.

Liverpool are to raise the tempo in their pursuit of Swiss winger Xherdan Shaqiri after the World Cup, the Daily Mirror reports.

Representatives of the Stoke forward, 26, are said to have held talks with counterparts at Anfield already after the Potters' relegation from the top flight.

Stoke's demise is said to have reduced Shaqiri's price to £13.5million, which has not escaped the attention of other Premier League clubs.

Everton, West Ham, Tottenham and Southampton are said to be keeping an eye on the former Bayern Munich and Inter Milan player.
