Transfer news LIVE: Pedro back to Barcelona, Saul Niguez and Haaland to Man Utd, Man City chase Sancho deal

As the January window lurches ever closer, the transfer rumour mill continues to turn.

It could be a big window for Manchester United, with the Daily Telegraph reporting that Atletico Madrid have lowered their asking price for star midfielder Saul Niguez to £85million.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side remain linked with Salzburg star Erling Braut Haaland, with the Mail claiming the United boss flew out to meet the striker on Friday.

Reports in Italy, meanwhile, suggest Napoli will try to tempt Lucas Torreira back to Serie A on loan in January ahead of a permanent deal in the summer.
