It’s been a busy day at Tottenham as confirmation of Christian Eriksen’s transfer to Inter Milan was swiftly followed up with the announcement that Giovani Lo Celso’s loan move from Real Metis had become permanent.
Oh, and Spurs have also agreed a £25million deal with PSV for Netherlands winger Steven Bergwijn.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have made significant progress in their bid to sign Bruno Fernandes, confident they have now wrapped up a deal.
United will pay €55million (£46.5m) up front, plus €10m in achievable add-ons to land Fernandes this month.

When does the January transfer window close?
Transfer deadline day is on Friday, January 31, 2020.
The window will close at 11pm GMT, with Premier League sides needing to submit deal sheets before that time to be able to complete all of the necessary documentation on a deal after the deadline has passed.
