Thomas Lemar has been linked with both Arsenal and Tottenham, but Goal reports the Gunners are not yet considering a bid - and the Independent suggests that could allow Spurs to seal a loan deal ahead of a possible summer move.
Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham are all reportedly keeping a close eye on Brighton defender Ben White, with the 22-year-old impressing on loan at Leeds United. Meanwhile, Standard Sport understands Spurs' Jack Clarke could join Millwall on loan.

When does the January transfer window close?
Transfer deadline day is on Friday, January 31, 2020. The window will close at 11pm GMT, with Premier League sides needing to submit deal sheets before that time to be able to complete all of the necessary documentation on a deal after the deadline has passed.
