Welcome back to the Evening Standard's LIVE coverage of the 2019 summer transfer window.
Standard Sport understands Philippe Coutinho could join Tottenham. Barcelona - who want Neymar back - have offered Coutinho to Arsenal, Manchester United and Spurs, but with the Gunners and Man Utd not interested, Mauricio Pochettino's side look to be in pole position.
That could pave the way for Man Utd to sign Christian Eriksen, while reports from Italy suggest Spurs have agreed a €70 million fee for Juventus star Paulo Dybala.
Meanwhile, Arsenal continue to pursue 20-year-old starlet Dayot Upamecano, while the Washington Post reports that Mesut Ozil's representatives will meet DC United as a possible replacement for Wayne Rooney in January.
Elsewhere, Wayne Rooney will become a player/coach at Derby County, with the former Man Utd and England captain's contract starting in January 2020.
Stay tuned to Standard Sport for all the latest news and rumours from Arsenal, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Man Utd, Man City, Tottenham, West Ham and the best from Europe, including Barcelona and Real Madrid.
