Philippe Coutinho has been linked with a loan move to four Premier League clubs. talkSPORT reports Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham are all interested in the Barcelona playmaker.
Arsenal continue to pursue 20-year-old starlet Dayot Upamecano. The Gunners are also interested in Italy international Daniele Rugani, while Eddie Nketiah could leave on loan.
Standard Sport understands Man Utd want Tottenham star Christian Eriksen amid doubts over Paul Pogba. United are still not certain Pogba will be at the club for the start of the season.
Elsewhere, Wayne Rooney will become a player/coach at Derby County, with the former Man Utd and England captain's contract starting in January 2020.

England
Transfer deadline day is on Thursday, August 8, 2019, and the window slams shut at 5pm BST.
France
The Ligue 1 window opens on June 16 and closes on September 2.
Spain
The Liga window opens on July 1 and closes on September 2.
Germany
The Bundesliga window opens on July 1 and closes on September 2.
Italy
The Serie A window opens on July 1 and closes on August 23.
