Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea are across the globe on pre-season tours, but that has not stopped them from finalising further transfer business. The Gunners are working on a second raid on Manchester City, having reached an agreement with the Premier League champions over a £30m fee for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Over at Chelsea, both Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly have joined the club while out in the USA, while Presnel Kimpembe and Jules Kounde are being eyed to follow next. However, the Blues look set to miss out on Matthijs de Ligt and are considering sending Armando Broja to West Ham on loan.
Tottenham, meanwhile, are finally closing in on the signing of Djed Spence. The defender – a key target for Antonio Conte – underwent a medical on Friday and should be announced on Monday.
