Kirk Broadfoot has returned to Kilmarnock – five months after departing for Premiership rivals St Mirren.
The Rugby Park side confirmed the move this evening with the central defender signing an 18-month deal.
The 35-year-old joins Alex Dyer's side with a matter of hours remaining on transfer deadline day.
A statement from Kilmarnock FC said: "Kirk Broadfoot has returned to Kilmarnock on an 18-month deal.
"The central defender was a key component of the side, which helped secure back-to-back club record points totals.
"The 35-year-old departed for St Mirren in August but is now back at Rugby Park and raring to go."
