Every day has been different for Justyn and Brad Russ living at a truly unique residence in Largs known as 'Banyandah', which means home on water.
The one-of-a-kind Largs home is composed of a water and earth pavilion tethered together by an enclosed bridge link. Every room offers a water view and an ever-changing outlook and Justyn has loved being "so close to nature".

"When you're in the water pavilion part, it's almost boat like," Justyn said.
"It's a cross between a houseboat and a treehouse because you're up high and the trees are right there, and with farm land in the distance. Where do you get that? It's so unique."
Justyn and Brad bought the property at 130 Dalveen Road four years ago and are just the second owners. It was designed by SHAC and built in 2007.
After an interior overhaul, the serial renovating couple have listed the property for sale through Jurd's Real Estate. Agent Cain Beckett described enquiry as "out of control".
"There's been a fair bit of enquiry from local people who have always looked and admired but I'd expect most of the interest to be Sydney based and Newcastle based," he said.
It is being sold through expressions of interest, closing November 1, with a guide of $1.55 million to $1.7 million.
The spectacular home is set on 6945 square metres of land and surrounded by gardens and abundant wildlife. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, home office, large entertaining pavilion over the water, firepit and double garage.
