Trains vandalised with graffiti at Bristol depot

Police have released CCTV images after vandals sprayed graffiti on trains in Bristol.

Two men reportedly trespassed and targeted trains at St Philip’s Marsh depot.

Officers believe the men in the images may have information which could help their investigation.

Although the incident happened at 5.40pm on January 26, British Transport Police (BTP) released the photographs today (April 3).

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: "Trespassing on the railway carries significant risks which includes unexpected trains and the dangers of lethal currents in the rails and power lines.

"BTP works alongside partners to encourage youths and others to consider the serious and devastating consequences for them and their loved ones when they make the potentially life-changing decision to ignore warnings and go onto the railway tracks."

Police want to speak to this man (British Transport Police)

"Anyone who knows the men, or who witnessed the incident, is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 and quoting reference 602 of 26/01/19.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
