Trains bound for Glasgow have been disrupted due to a signalling fault between Woodhall and Bishopton.
Services between Gourock, Wemyss Bay and Glasgow Central have been affected. Delays and cancellations are expected until noon.
Engineers have been on site to fix the issue over night. Some of the signalling has been repaired but there are still issues.
Scotrail confirm staff are "working hard to get services back on schedule" and said replacement buses are being provided at Port Glasgow, Wemyss Bay, Gourock and Paisley Gilmour Street stations.
