Having run out of weights to lift, Ireland rugby star Tadhg Furlong has turned to his teammates.
Joe Schmidt's side took part in a Captain's Run at the Shizuoka Stadium today before their World Cup showdown with the hosts tomorrow.
But it looked far from a light warm-up for Wexford man Furlong who grimaced as he lifted all 6'3 and 16st 9lbs of Peter O'Mahony above his head.
Furlong, who hails from a farming background, has become of rugby's best prop forwards.

And it is no wonder with this kind of lifting power in his arsenal.
The 26-year-old will be in the Ireland front row when take on Japan in Pool A, knowing that a win will almost guarantee them a quarter-final showdown with South Africa.
