Train with the FA at Wembley and St George's Park to become a champion of women's football

If you are passionate about women's football, this FA apprenticeship scheme could be right up your street.

The 16-month programme aims to find ambassadors for women's football who will work as part of a national network helping to inspire the next Steph Houghton or Alex Scott.

Based at Exeter College, the scheme will allow apprentices to “learn the ropes of football development, make contacts in the world of women’s football and inspire the next generation of girls and women to play football.”

A key part of the role will be to support women’s football by boosting engagement in the local community, and successful candidates will also be given the opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally.

Over the course of the year, apprentices will join fellow FA Apprentices for training at the home of English football; Wembley Stadium and St George’s Park.

They will  work towards completing the Level 3 Community Sport and Health Officer qualification, enhancing expertise and employability alongside working in the sport they love.
