Trailer watch: the first look at BBC1's War And Peace with Lily James and Paul Dano

Lily James, Paul Dano and James Norton star in the BBC’s new six-part TV version of the author’s epic novel, due to air later this year.

Adapted by Andrew Davies, the cast also includes Gillian Anderson, Jim Broadbent, Stephen Rea and Rebecca Front.

The first trailer for War And Peace will air on BBC One at 9pm tonight (Sunday). War And Peace will air on BBC1 this winter.
