Oscar Isaac plays Nick Wasicsko, a real-life 1970s mayor in Yonkers, New York, in this new six-part miniseries from David Simon. Directed by Paul Haggis (Crash), it also stars Catherine Keener, Alfred Molina, Bob Balaban, Peter Riegert, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Carla Quevedo, Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead), Winona Ryder, James Belushi and Clarke Peters (Lester Freamon on The Wire).

Show Me a Hero debuts on Sunday, 16 August, on HBO in the US, and mid-August on Sky Atlantic in the UK
