Clarkson’s Farm fans rejoice, as the first full trailer for season four has been released.
The hit series follows the former Top Gear host, 64, and his life on his Oxfordshire farm - but season four is going to show Clarkson’s venture into becoming a pub landlord.
And, as is always the way on the show, it’s not as easy as it seems, and the trailer shows the opening of The Farmer’s Dog is far from smooth.
“Jeremy faces obstacles including derelict buildings, red tape and a picnic site with a colourful past,” a press release from Amazon Prime reads.

“Cheerful Charlie lends a hand, but even he isn’t prepared for the challenges that arise once Jeremy finds his perfect pub.”
But it’s hardly any easier on Diddly Squat Farm: Clarkson is left to manage the farm on his own while Kaleb Cooper is on a nationwide tour and Lisa Hogan is busy expanding her product line.
“I want to make it plain that I am absolutely thrilled to bits for Kaleb,” Clarkson says in the trailer, “but he has left me a little in the lurch.”
Also in the snippet, he jokes about calling a pig on the farm Richard Ham - and the trailer then jumps to friend and former Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond on the farm.
“You know you’re on the show,” Clarkson jokes.
The series will be staggered, so episodes 1-4 will be available May 23, episodes 5-6 can be watched a week later on May 30, and the last episodes 7-8 will be available June 6.
Although there’s no glimpse in the trailer, it was previously announced that Prince William will appear in an episode of the upcoming instalment.
The BBC previously reported that William and Kaleb wasted no time exchanging wisecracks. “Great hair,” Kaleb quipped. The Prince shot back, “Are you wearing a clean shirt?” before eyeing his boots and adding, “Are they the cleanest ones you’ve got?”
William also revealed that his 11-year-old son Prince George loves the programme.
“You've got [Prince George, William's son] watching now,” he said. “I said to him ‘What shall I say if I meet Kaleb?’
“He said, ‘Tell Kaleb to mind his language’.”
