Trailer carrying bulls overturns on Scots road causing traffic chaos

A trailer loaded with three bulls has overturned on a Scots road causing traffic chaos.

The A92 Cowdenbeath interchange was closed at 2.40pm today following the incident.

Images from the scene show the trailer lying sideways along the stretch of road while traffic is brought to a standstill.

Police confirmed there are no injuries to the humans or three bulls involved.

Traffic Scotland said motorists should approach the carriageway with care.

Police were called to the scene on the A92 this afternoon (Fife Jammer Locations)

A tweet later on Wednesday afternoon from the body said: "A92 Cowdenbeath - Crossgates now OPEN in both directions.

"Approach with care, traffic remains heavy in the area."

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are currently in attendance at a crash involving vehicle with a trailer at the A92 Cowdenbeath interchange which happened at 2.40pm.

"The road has re-opened.”
