Emotional tributes have been paid to two pals found dead at different addresses just hours after seeing each other.
The tragic pair have been named locally as Leon Pearce, 34, and Lisa Payne, 47.
They were found in Grimsby on Wednesday night and are believed to have been at the same gathering hours before, the Mirror reports.
Police are now probing their deaths, not thought to be related to Covid-19.
Officers are not treating the deaths as suspicious.
Devastated friends paid their respects on social media
One said: "We have lost two beautiful angels."
A close relative of Leon's said: "He was always much too precious for this horrible cruel world. Life will never ever be the same without him.
"Feel like a piece of me has gone with him. So numb right now.
"Going to miss that big cheeky smile. We've got a million happy memories to cherish forever with you.
"You'll never ever be forgotten. Heaven gained a true angel who will always be sadly missed and was so loved by us all.
"I hope you rest in paradise now Leon Pearce. Love you with every piece of my heart such a sad sad time."
Another reflected on their friendship since they were five years old and said: "Thinking of all your family and friends."
One tribute read: "Rest in peace Leon Pearce, another great lad gone too early."
Another devastated friend wrote: "My heart is absolutely breaking. We all love you immensely and you will forever be in our hearts Leon."
One friend posted: "Sending all the love from us all. Absolutely heart broken such a sad loss of a beautiful soul."
Another friend said: "RIP so sorry to hear this. Such a beautiful lad."
A relative said of Lisa: "She had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone."
A friend told how Lisa had so many friends throughout Cleethorpes and Grimsby and was very well liked.
Humberside Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of their deaths.
A spokeswoman said both the were being treated as "unexplained" until the outcome of post mortem examinations are known.
They are due to be carried out at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby in the next few days.
The spokeswoman said the deaths were not being treated as suspicious.
She added: "We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to both families at their loss."
Files for both Leon and Lisa are being prepared for Grimsby and North Lincolnshire senior coroner designate, Mark Kendall.
