Tragedy as young biker dies after horror crash in Glasgow's west end

A young biker has died following a horror crash in Glasgow.

Kieran McSorely was involved in the smash with a Vauxhall Vectra on Queen Margaret Drive in the west end of the city on October 31.

The 23-year-old was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital .

Police Scotland confirmed that Kieran, from Maryhill, Glasgow, passed away on Tuesday.

A spokesperson from the force said: "The 23 year-old motorcyclist, who was being treated at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital since the crash, died on Tuesday 12 November 2019.

He can now be named as Kieran McSorley, 23, of Lochgilp Street, Glasgow."
