A bereaved mum who lost her teenage son in a car crash has died just weeks after the horrifying tragedy.
Tributes have flooded in for Sara Jane Smith following the sad news of her death over the weekend.
The devastating news comes fewer than two weeks since her son, Martin Ward, was killed in a car crash alongside two other teenagers, Hull Live reports.
Martin, aged 18, Mason Hall and Ryan Geddes, both aged 19, died after the vehicle they were travelling in ploughed into a tree.
The tragedy occurred at approximately 6:10pm on October 24 in Rotherham.
All three teenagers sadly died at the scene.

Tributes were left at the scene of the crash since tragedy struck, with flowers and heartfelt messages from loved ones pictured in the area.
Following the news of Ms Smith’s death, friends and family paid tribute to her on Facebook.
Her tragic death comes in the same year two other relatives were killed in a crash.
Tommy Hydes, 24 and his 20-year-old nephew Josh Hydes were killed after their car plunged from a bridge into the River Don in Sheffield on January 30.
Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of a car in the water.
The pair were rushed to hospital but sadly, both were pronounced dead a short time later.
Tributes to Ms Smith on Facebook read: “Really don’t know what to put, head’s all over the place. I'm sure Josh, Martin and Tommy will be showing you the ropes up there.”
Another read: “Actually can’t believe I’m writing this after everything that has happened this year already. RIP Sara Jane Smith many memories I’ll never forget.”
