A man has been found dead inside a Wallsend home, police have confirmed.
Officers were called to an address in Mitford Gardens at around 12.30pm on Sunday.
The North East Ambulance Service were also called to the area.

Officers said the man's next of kin have been informed.
There is not believed to be any third party involvement in the man's death.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “At 12.40pm today (Sunday) we received a report that a man had been found deceased inside an address on Mitford Gardens, Wallsend.
“The man’s next of kin have been informed. There is not believed to be any third party involvement and a report will be made for the coroner.”
