It means police have additional powers to order anyone committing anti-social behaviour to leave the area and not return, until the order has ended.

Anyone who does not comply with the order could be arrested, GMP says.
The dispersal order includes the bus terminus on Oak Road, as well as the nearby row of shops, basketball court and footpaths surrounding the shops.
In a post on Facebook, a spokesperson for GMP Trafford North said: "Today Insp Jon Ezard, from the Trafford West Neighbourhood team, has issued a s.35 Dispersal Order that covers the area around Oak Road shops in Partington.
"The order lasts 48 hours from 6pm this evening, Thursday, December 30 2021.
"This order allows a police officer to direct a person involved in committing anti-social behaviour to leave the area around the shops and not return and applies to anyone over the age of 10.
"Failure to comply could result in your arrest.
"This order has been put in place to tackle anti-social behaviour around Oak Road shops and keep the public and local businesses safe from harassment and distress."
