Traffic to be reduced to one lane on busy Glasgow city centre street next week

A busy street in Glasgow city centre is to be reduced to one lane next week to facilitate roadworks.

Glasgow City Council's Traffic Control and Management team (TRAFFCOM) have confirmed restrictions will be in place on Renfrew Street between Hope Street and Renfield Street from 00:01am this coming Monday (November 18) until 23:59pm on Friday (November 22).

The roadworks will be in place in order to connect the drainage system for the new development on Renfrew Street.  

Delays should be expected as a result.
