Traffic restrictions after car breakdown on A9 in Perthshire

A car has broken down on one of Perthshire’s busiest roads.

All traffic travelling northbound is restricted after the breakdown on the A9 this morning (Thursday, February 13).

The breakdown is on the River Tummel bridge near Ballinluig in Highland Perthshire.

Traffic Scotland has said although all northbound lanes are restricted, traffic is coping well.

They added a recovery vehicle is currently en route.
