Young had his best moment of his early career, hitting a game-winning floater yesterday to help the Hawks knock off the Philadelphia 76ers. After making the game-winner, Young did the classic LeBron celebration 2014.
Young was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week earlier Monday afternoon.
