This wonderful festive feast begins with a superb Eggplant Involtini with garlic and parmesan, served with Roberto’s homemade tomato sauce, followed by a Seafood Broth with grilled bread and saffron dip. The main course of Paccheri tubed pasta with saffron and succulent Mediterranean lobster is a true Italian delight, after which a short rest may be required before finishing the meal with a delicious Cannolo pastry with pistachio cream and strawberries.
