Tracy Beaker's Bouncer is all grown up - and fans are amazed at the results.
Actor Ben Hansom, who starred alongside Dani Harmer as Bouncer Plakova on the beloved CBBC show, has been hitting the gym and eating right in a staggering transformation that's left him absolutely ripped.
Deciding to get into shape three years ago, Ben - who left acting behind and is now a personal trainer - has been "consistent with his training and nutrition" to carve himself a chiselled physique.
He decided to share the results in January with before-and-after snaps - the after showing a shredded stomach just post workout.
"Transformation Tuesday… 3 years difference, less sunburn and a ton more focus. Bring back the sun and outdoor training…" Ben wrote.
"My results come from being consistent with my training and my nutrition. I’m so proud of my journey so far but I have some serious work to from Xmas…"
In July he shared the news that he'd qualified as a PT after his training taught him the ins and outs of taking care of yourself.
"I am 35 in September and am in the best shape of my life..." proud Ben wrote.
And reaching out to fans, he added: "If you want any help, assistance or advice please just reach out.
"I can honestly say I have never felt better and will continue the progression because that is what its all about. Progress not perfection."
Ben also trains with girlfriend Lily Arabella who, going by her Instagram, is also a fitness fanatic.
