Tractor driver picks up a McDonald's at Nottinghamshire drive-thru

This is the moment a hungry tractor driver stunned customers by taking his vintage farm vehicle into a McDonald's drive-thru.

The driver, who was accompanied by a friend who perched on the back holding a dog, were snapped in Nottingham.

Hilary Davies, 52, spotted the strange site as she drove past McDonald’s near Chilwell Retail Park, Beeston, on Monday (31/8).

Full-time carer Hilary said: "When I stopped at the traffic lights I looked across and I thought, 'oh my god, I'm seeing things'.

“There was even a fella on the back holding a dog. I thought I must take a picture or my husband won’t believe me when I tell him what I’d seen.”

McDonald's said as long as a vehicle is roadworthy and fits in the lane, they can use the drive-thru service.
