Shocking near-misses of a lorry, bus and even a road sweeper overtaking a tractor have been captured on dashcam.
Footage of the close calls feature in an eight-minute video which was mostly filmed on the A39 between Chewton Mendip and Farrington Gurney.
The footage, posted on social media by Cox Agricultural Services, was captured on two tractor dashcams in the Mendips, Somerset Live reports.
In one clip, a large goods vehicle pulls out in front of the tractor. In another, a bus overtakes the tractor, forcing an oncoming vehicle to come to a sudden stop.
The video also shows two cars overtaking at the same time on a sharp bend.
The dashcam was attached to a tractor belonging to Cox Agricultural Services, which operates in Chew Valley and the surrounding area.
Although the company posted the video to highlight the dangers their drivers face on the roads, it also decided to add cheery country music to the compliation.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary is due to launch a near miss/close pass operation this month but this will focus mainly on cyclists and motorcyclists.
A police spokesperson said: "We would always encourage people to report incidents of this nature immediately, even when there is no collision as a result."
A spokesman for Somerset County Council added: “The video highlights examples of bad driving and is a useful reminder that we always need to take care, follow the Highway Code and consider other road users when driving.”
