Trackside solar farm at the Indy 500 – big picture

IMS solar farm next to Indianapolis Motor Speedway — The solar farm claims to be the largest at any sporting facility in the world, with 39,312 solar modules providing 9.0 megawatts of capacity, enough to power about 1,000 homes.
