Free agency is about to get underway ahead of the start of the new league year, which starts Wednesday, March 16 at 3 p.m. CT. But before things become official, the legal tampering period begins on Monday, March 14 at 11 a.m. CT, which means teams can officially begin negotiating with pending free agents.
The Bears are slated to have 30 players hit free agency, and there are certainly some candidates to return to Chicago. But there are others that appear destined to head elsewhere.
