TQM Insurance Broker Co invested over 50 million baht last year to become the leading Thai player in insurtech.
Last year TQM launched its real-time chatbot system, which allows customers to purchase insurance online 24 hours a day. The company also developed a cloud server to make its data easily manageable and accessible by personnel from anywhere.
"In the mobile-first era where consumer behaviour changes drastically, TQM must continue incorporating technology to improve both marketing and customer services," said Napassanan Pannipha, executive director of TQM.
"By using this technology, we have cemented TQM's status as a leading force in the insurance world, and hope customers feel satisfied with every step of transactions."
She said TQM has eight megaprojects ready to start, including a big data project with a system controlled by artificial intelligence, processing and analysing insurance information to find the best insurance product for customers.
TQM also plans to launch a product segmentation system targeting customer behaviour to determine the best life insurance platform for them.
It expects to introduce a non-motor insurance platform for health insurance, personal accident insurance, travel assistance insurance and home insurance, said Ms Napassanan.
