The Supra GRMN is set to be the most extreme version of Toyota's iconic sports car, with a release date expected by mid-2025. This high-performance variant, named the GRMN Supra, will feature aeroparts inspired by the GR Supra GT4 race car, giving it a more aggressive and track-focused appearance.
Spotted undergoing testing at the Nurburgring track in Germany, the Supra GRMN is anticipated to be the final iteration of the Supra before it is phased out. It is reported to be powered by a potent engine similar to the one found in the latest M2, potentially producing around 454-hp and 406 lb-ft of torque.
The GRMN Supra will boast a range of performance upgrades, including a tighter chassis, race car-inspired suspension, and a new fixed rear wing. Additionally, the model is expected to shed weight by approximately 50 lbs through the use of carbon-fiber aeroparts.
Equipped with 6-piston brakes, a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, and various aerodynamic enhancements, the Supra GRMN is designed to deliver an exhilarating driving experience. The limited production run of around 200 units in Japan, priced between ¥12m to ¥13m, will cater mainly to collectors and enthusiasts seeking a rare and high-performance version of the Supra.
With its aggressive styling, enhanced performance capabilities, and exclusive availability, the Supra GRMN represents the pinnacle of Toyota's sports car lineup, offering a blend of track-focused performance and limited-edition exclusivity.
