We love Forky. You love Forky. Now we can all have our own Forkys.
As Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 4 smashes the global box office, Disney UK has teamed up with former Blue Peter presenter and craft expert, Anthea Turner, for a tutorial video that shows viewers how to make your own version of Forky, the breakout character from the new film, voiced by Tony Hale.
In the film, Forky is a new toy who Bonnie makes on her first day of school with some unknowing encouragement from our favourite sheriff, Woody (Tom Hanks).
However, Forky proves a quirky addition, as due to his parts he is still convinced that he's destined for the trash.
His self-destructive quest leads to Woody going on an adventure to reunite Bonnie with her new favourite toy.
So, channeling her days presenting children’s television in the early ‘90s, Anthea Turner helps us through a fun step-by-step guide on how to make the "trash" toy for ourselves, complete with her iconic red sweater.
Complete with googly eyes and personalised name on his foot, Forky is sure to become a firm favourite in toyboxes across the globe.
If you were wondering if the new film was the last we see of Forky too, then do not fear as he will return in new content for upcoming streaming service Disney+.
So he's not going anywhere for quite some time!
