Toy Story 4 casts Ant-Man and the Wasp star Madeleine McGraw in big role

Toy Story 4 has cast Marvel Cinematic Universe star Madeleine McGraw.

The Ant-Man and the Wasp actress is known for her turn as the younger Hope van Dyne aka Wasp (Evangeline Lily) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The actress has also appeared in the online series Outcast and has a role in the upcoming horror The Curse of La Llorona.

Now Deadline has revealed that McGraw will voice the pivotal role of Bonnie in Toy Story 4.

The role of Woody and the gang's new owner was previously voiced by Emily Hahn in Toy Story 3, when the character first appeared.

New toys including Forky are set to join Bonnie's collection of toys in the new film, but we will also see a comeback from classic toy Bo Peep, who sat out from Toy Story 3.

The film will see comebacks for all our favourites, including Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear, and Joan Cusack as Jessie.

Another noteworthy addition to the voice cast is Keanu Reeves, who will have an interesting role.

The plot of the new film will follow Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky.

The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody's slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep.

As Woody and Bo discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they're worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.

Will the toys all be okay?

Toy Story 4 is released in UK cinemas on June 21, 2019.
