A toy fire truck playset sold in Ireland has been recalled due to choking fears.
The consumer watchdog has issued an alert over the 'Tooky Wooden Toys Children's Fire Truck Engine Toy Playset Age 3+' due to a safety issue.
The product, sold on Amazon and Ebay, includes small parts which youngsters may put into their mouth resulting in a "potential choking hazard".
A statement said: "A safety issue has been identified, whereby, a potential choking hazard and risk of injury exists.
"The hose of the fire truck fits into a small parts cylinder. A child uses the product and creates small parts and could place the small parts in the mouth and choke.
"The ‘Tooky Wooden Toys Childrens Fire Truck Engine Toy Playset Age 3+’ is packaged in plastic bags."
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission said families should stop using it immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.
A spokesman added: "You may wish to contact the online store from where you purchased this product to see if there are any remedies available to you."
