"A secure cycle storage area has been included within the proposals for use by the tenants. A car park is located adjacent to the property".

It adds: "The commercial premises will be converted into accommodation and will therefore not affect the new properties.

"There are no other noise-producing commercial premises within the vicinity of the development."

The application is on standard consultation to the public until Tuesday, May 2.

A decision is expected to be made on the plans by May 31.
