James Argent has further showcased his incredible weight loss after going out for a meal with his family earlier today.
The 34-year-old, who is commonly known simply as Arg, is said to have lost 11 stone over recent months - aided by gastric sleeve surgery which he had earlier this year.
It's understood that he had reached 27 stone when he was at his heaviest, with the Only Way Is Essex alum now proudly showing off his slimmer physique on social media.
This included in a new post uploaded to Instagram earlier today, in which the reality TV star can be seen alongside three women who are believed to be some of his relatives.

The group are understood to have visited ROKA in Canary Wharf - which specialises in Japanese robatayaki cuisine - and posed in front of a Christmas tree for a photo.
Arg is seen in a navy jacket, white jumper and white jeans. Although wearing layers, his weight loss is evident in the photo - which he had captioned: "Me and my family."
It comes just days after the Celebs Go Dating alum said that his "dreams have come true" - telling his followers that he had manifested his weight loss months earlier.
The reality TV shared a post last week in which he included footage of himself towards the start of his fitness journey and a photo taken more recently of the result.

The video showed a topless Arg in a gym and he can be heard saying: "By Christmas, possibly even in the summer, [my tummy] is going to be shredded, the back fat will be gone. My thighs are going to be skinny. I'll be fit as a fiddle."
In the accompanying caption, he wrote: "I spoke this into existence. Dream it. Believe it. Become it." The subsequent photo of the results showed a slim Arg in a festive t-shirt.
And celebrating his birthday this month, he wrote on social media: "I've been through a hell of a lot but I'm so lucky to have so many people behind me and that believe in me."

The reality TV star added that "hopefully" he will be able to add the "love of [his] life" to that list next year, but said that "most importantly" he hopes to stay "happy and healthy."
