TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou announces she's suffered heartbreaking miscarriage

The Only Way Is Essex star Georgia Kousoulou shared the heartbreaking announcement that she has suffered a miscarriage. The reality TV star, 31, shared a statement with her followers ahead of undergoing surgery.

Georgia and her fiancé Tommy Mallet are already proud parents to tot Brody, one. Sharing a black and white photo in a hospital bed, Georgia wrote: "Our 12 week scan to be told our baby had not survived & I needed an op… 12 weeks of feeling every emotion , hoping & praying but in the end , nothing else we could have done.

She continued: "We don’t really have the words to say right now except we are lucky to have amazing family & friends around us .. & most importantly we are blessed to have our beautiful brody who we couldn’t of got through this without him. We will have the words soon but right now we are taking time for us as a family."

Georgia's famous pals rushed to support the reality star after she shared the heartbreaking news to social media on Friday night. Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison wrote: "Georgia I’m so sorry mate… sending you so much love x"

"I’m so sorry angel sending you all lots of love," penned Holly Hagan. Ferne McCann commented: "Oh darling this is really sad sending love". "Sending so much love to you all," Jess Wright added, while Danielle Armstrong said: "love you bubs".

Georgia has previously spoken of her desire for another baby, telling OK! Magazine: "I would like another. I need to get a bit of a plan in action if I want to get married in 2024 or 2025.

"Ideally, I’d have the baby before that. I don’t want a massive gap in age after Brody] Please God, I’ll get pregnant within the next year. That would be great."
