TOWIE star Fran Parman sizzles in racy lingerie snap after losing two stone

The Only Way Is Essex star Fran Parman left little to the imagination as she stunned in a racy lingerie snap posted on social media.

The reality star, 30, rocked a lacy red bra – and nothing else – in the picture, and she teased her followers with a cryptic caption alongside the photo.

“Never be a prisoner of your past, it was just a lesson, not a life sentence,” Fran wrote.

Her famous friends were bowled over by the revealing image, with former Love Island star Olivia Attwood commenting: “Okkkkkkk” with several fire emojis.

And Fran’s TOWIE co-star Nicole Bass wrote: “Your something else (sic)️ and this caption,” with heart and lovestruck emojis.

“We love a quote,” Fran replied.

The model and influencer is on a mission to show off her enviable figure, after she candidly revealed she was subjected to vicious comments about her weight last year.

Fran made a surprise return to the ITVBe show in August following a two-year absence, but online trolls criticised her for looking “bloated and unhealthy”, forcing the reality star to fight back.

She told OK! that her weight had slowly gone up during the first lockdown last year, as she cared for her elderly grandfather, and was “hit hard” by the global health crisis, and she didn’t feel like exercising.

Vowing to lose weight, she then debuted her massive 2.5 stone weight loss in April, as she posed in a show-stopping bodycon dress, and white sandals.

She revealed that while she had lost muscle mass while not being able to exercise due to the lockdown restrictions, she was keen to start sculpting her body to “become the best healthy version of myself.”

Earlier this week, Fran shared snaps from an afternoon spent walking her friend’s dog, and took the opportunity to update her fans on her progress.

“I’m in the gym now to gain muscle so my weight might go up. I use to get annoyed at this as I didn’t realise muscle weighs, but now I know I’m not gonna give myself a hard time but be patient and enjoy the results,” she explained.

“I feel like this is the hardest part to tone and get rid of that last little bit but I believe I can do it.”

Back in March, Fran confessed that the positive comments from women on social media about her body outweighed the bullying from online trolls, and she was overjoyed to have support from her fans as she embarked on her journey to body confidence.

"It doesn’t matter what size you are and thank you for all the women that made me believe I was beautiful this size regardless of the trolls,” she wrote in a post celebrating International Women's Day.

“Yes I’ve lost weight, but that's because who I feel, more comfortable as a person. It shouldn’t matter what size you are it’s who the person is that matters,” Fran concluded.
