TOWIE's Mick Norcross struggles to sell his country mansion

Reality TV star Mick Norcross is struggling to sell his plush country pile eight months after putting it on the market.

But nightclub boss Mick, 48, who featured regularly on The Only Way Is Essex, is refusing to slash the £3.4million price.

He’s had plenty of viewers for the renovated farmhouse but they were mostly fans of the ITV2 show who just wanted to snoop around.

Now his estate agents are demanding would-be buyers prove they have the cash before being allowed in.

Divorced Mick, who lives in the Edwardian pile with son Kirk, also a TOWIE star, paid £1.2million for it in 2005 and spent £400,000 doing it up.

TV fans watched Mick stage a string of dates there while Kirk, 23, lived like a rock star in a second house in the 16-acre grounds near Thurrock, Essex.

The property was hit by a bathroom fire last month but has been fixed.

Last night a pal said: “Mick reckons the house is worth the money and he is sticking to his guns.”
