TOWIE's Kelsey Stratford isolates away from disabled sister after Dubai trip

TOWIE's Kelsey Stratford has had to isolate away from her disabled sister after her work jaunt to Dubai.

Her father Paul recently told The Mirror that his daughter Kennedy, eight, almost died from coronavirus.

After her trip, Kelsey decided to self-isolate at her aunt's house because she wanted to make sure she "100%" didn't have anything that could "harm" her sister Kennedy.

Travellers entering the UK from Dubai must now self-isolate for 10 days in accordance to the latest coronavirus guidelines.

Kelsey's Covid-19 test was negative but she chose to isolate from her immediate family.

She said: "My Covid test came back negative but I still have to isolate for 10 days. I was working out in Dubai with brands which I can't announce just yet... But I also had a lot of work to do at home, which is why I have come back.

"I have really missed my family too! Kennedy is doing really well ATM. I haven't gone home just yet until I know I 100 per cent haven't got anything that will harm her.

"So I'm staying at my aunts. Miss her sooooo much!"

While she was away in Dubai, Kennedy shared pictures galore from her trip.

The reality star had her 133k Instagram fans drooling with jealousy over her bikini beach photographs and glamorous snaps from inside a bar.

It comes after Kelsey's father shared his fears he almost lost his daughter Kennedy to Covid-19 in late October last year.

Kennedy has rare condition Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), which made her vulnerable in her battle with coronavirus.

Paul told us: "We didn't know if she was going to make it. She went through a torrid time, it literally impacted her whole body. It was awful to watch.

"The doctors told us they were changing the antibiotics they were giving her, and that it needed to work because there was nothing else they could do."

He added: "There are a large group of vulnerable children who will lose their lives if they catch the virus. We're not asking to jump the queue, we just need to know what's going on."
