James Lock suffered a brutal fall while enjoying an indoor ski session during his work trip to Dubai.
The former TOWIE star, has come under fire from fans since jetting out to the UAE on what he has dubbed a business trip at the end of December.
Despite being hit with harsh criticism from followers back home, James has continued to flaunt his luxury getaway online – much to the envy of housebound Brits.
The reality TV star has been getting up to all sorts in the sandy city including heading off on camel rides, soaking up the sun on VIP pool days, and he's even tried his hand at a spot of indoor skiing – which didn't end too well.
Taking to his Instagram Stories on Thursday, James posted a video of himself dominating the slopes before he did a U-turn and fell flat on his bum.
James then crashed into a huge fence and got entangled in the net.
On his stories, he could be seen crouched over in pain after smacking his body on the floor, but he managed to laugh it off without any injuries.
Dubai has become a Mecca for social media influencers fleeing the UK in the search of sunshine during the pandemic.
However, the United Arab Emirates has been now been added to the UK's travel ban, meaning that any Brits who are returning from these destinations will be required to quarantine at home for 10 days.
As well as that, any influencers wanting to travel home before the ban will need to show negative test results up to 72 hours before they can board their flight home.
Direct flights between the UK and Dubai have also been cancelled, meaning Brits still out there will have to find a different way of getting home.
Despite the brutal new restrictions, it appears as though James and his girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou have decided to stay poolside in Dubai for the time being.
He shared a picture of himself sipping a cocktail by the pool yesterday and captioned it: "Every sunset is an opportunity to reset."
Yaz also shared a similar picture showing her in a bikini holding up her exotic-looking drink.
She wrote: "Every moment is a fresh beginning."
