The Sims sisters have never been too shy to admit that they have dabbled in tweakments throughout the years.
But now, TOWIE star Demi, 25, has decided to embrace a "more natural" appearance by decreasing the size of her pout by having her lip fillers dissolved.
In an unexpected move, Essex native Demi opted to have her enhanced cupid's bow toned down in December - but she has not completely turned her back on filler as she confessed that she has had "the tiniest bit put back in to fill out the wrinkles."
The reality TV personality - who is the cousin of Joey Essex - has discussed her decision with her social media fans and admitted she is "so happy" with her decision.
Demi told her Instagram followers: "So I’ve had all of my lip filler dissolved, I haven’t had my lips done for a year and half because I was waiting for them to dissolve naturally but it was taking ages!
"So I decided to get them dissolved and now these are my natural lips. I’m so happy."
She later admitted that she did have a bit more put back in though, because her lips weren’t quite right.
Demi explained: “It takes one week to dissolve fully but I saw the results after 24hrs, my lips had been stretched and like anything on your body if it was stretched it would end up a bit loose after losing its volume, so I had to get the tiniest bit put back in to fill out the wrinkles, but I absolutely love them!
“They’re way more natural than before.”
She has since been filling her feed with selfies and snaps where she has been using lip liner and lipstick to draw attention to her lips.
Demi's move follows on from her ex-Playboy bunny sister Chloe Sims deciding to tone down her appearance to feel more confident.
In May last year, the telly favourite told her fans that she was embracing a more natural look by having her lip filler removed.
Sharing her progress on Instagram, Chloe uploaded three selfies showing her changed face with her pout decreasing in size with every trip to the clinic.

"So I decided to remove my fillers... the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look..." she told her followers as she posted before and after pictures.
She added: "I'm really happy that I've toned it all down and as you know I think it's important, to be honest with things like this. It's my personal choice and that makes me feel confident.
Chloe has openly spoken about the plastic surgery she's previously had on her body, including two boob jobs to boost her from a 34B to a 34EE, and two Brazilian butt lifts to round out her bum - as well as veneers to replace her natural smile.
But she's continuously denied facial surgery, including a nose job and chin implants, claiming her changing face is solely down to fillers.
